The Group focuses its research on the analysis of linguistic competence and attitudes, the role that languages play on identity construction, as well as linguistic and general acculturation profiles in students. From an interdisciplinary point of view, it analyzes how all these aspects intersect, aiming for a deep understanding and to promote equal opportunities in societies that are linguistically and culturally diverse. Conceptually, we understand human development as the result of participation in educational practices, formal or non-formal.
