Elizabeth Evans Risco has been General Director of the Teacher’s College CREA in Lima, Perú, since its founding date in 2003. She studied Education at Immaculata University (Bachelor’s degree in Arts), at the Catholic University of Peru in Lima (Bachelor’s degree in Education), Master’s degree in Education at Universidad “Enrique Guzmán y Valle”, Perú, DEA in Psychology of Education and Doctorate in Psychology of Education at Valencia University in Spain.

Has been dedicated to teacher formation and preparing materials for school principals and teachers at the Primary and Secondary levels in Peru, El Salvador (Central America) and USA on the following topics:

• Human Rights in Education.
• Curriculum Formation.
• Pedagogical Leadership.
• Bilingual and Multicultural Education.
• Teaching English as a Secondary Language in Spanish context.
• Teaching Spanish as a Secondary Language in different Ethnical Andean and Amazonic groups.
